Paulina Rose Armstrong | Co-Owner, Visionary & Wellness Guide

My journey here began with the sacred transition into motherhood, which led me to seek out holistic practices for natural birthing and healing. Along the way I discovered the healing power of plants through herbalism, nervous system regulation through meditation, breath work, mantra, and movement in Kundalini Yoga, and the  multi- faceted transcendent healing power of frequencies in sound healing. These practices not only healed me but sparked a deep passion to share them with others.

For over 13 years I’ve also been deeply immersed in Waldorf education both as a parent and an early childhood teacher. Waldorf education is a holistic, creative approach that nurtures the whole child intellectually, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. We believe that imagination and creativity are essential for learning. Art, movement, music, and storytelling are integrated into every lesson, making learning a deeply personal and creative experience.

Sanctuary  was born from a deep calling to create a haven where creativity, connection, and community flourish. An alchemical space where artistry and healing meet with intention and purpose. As Rachel Naomi Remen beautifully said, "At the deepest level, the creative process and the healing process arise from a single source. When you are an artist, you are a healer; a wordless trust of the same mystery is the foundation of your work and its integrity." We honor this connection, creating a space where the arts become a pathway to healing and where community is woven into every creative experience.
